“You know, I had that Mexican lady says she likes the way I conduct myself. I never knew my life can influence and impact positively someone else, I have since learnt to value and appreciate myself for who I am. Thanks to ILA” These were comments made by one of the Swazi students as we de briefed the program. The International leadership Academy (ILA), currently in its 18th year, is a unique and internationally recognized youth leadership program promoting global understanding by building friendships and awareness of international issues. It focuses on:
