The Office of the Chief Executive Officer provides overall administrative leadership and strategic direction for the Municipal Council of Mbabane. The office is responsible for implementing Council resolutions, coordinating departmental activities and ensuring that municipal services are delivered efficiently and in line with legislation and Council policies.

Working closely with Council and national government, the CEO’s Office drives institutional performance, governance, stakeholder relations and the achievement of the city’s strategic objectives. The Town Clerk reports directly to Council and oversees the work of all departments.
